Mumma RCM Breeze gave birth on August the 19th and is one of my most favorite females to calve out because she is just so kind and gentle to be with during the birthing process and will literally let you do anything to help her! Breeze didn’t need any help though and baby girl was up and going in no time. Baby Cloud hit the ground running, standing and nursing in less than 10 minutes. Baby Nessie was born on August 18th with ease to dam RCM Stella and RCM Yellow Jacket. Stella and Sprout went into labor simultaneously, literally giving birth within less than a minute of each other. Stella is one of our chondro females - Highland x Jersey and Yellow Jacket our home raised Yellow Highland bull making Nessie a 75% Highland x 25% Jersey heifer calf. Nessie is a very petite and feminine yellow heifer calf with a gorgeous short dished face which makes you think she is chondro positive but we suspect Nessie to be a small framed non chondro heifer calf  pending testing. Nessie is also a rainbow maker with the ability to produce all colors of the highland breed based on the pairing of her future bull. Baby Pip has graduated from her handling period with flying colors and is looking for a family to call her own. We kicked our weekend off with a striking little Yellow HighBelt Heifer Calf that is just as cute as a button.
