Pearl has herself a stunning 75% miniature highland 25% miniature whitepark heifer in March 23rd aka RCM Legacy Lace.  Sire is Black Bullet our miniature highland bull. Baby Lace is perfect in every way, gorgeous markings and as sweet as can be. Lace is non chondro and horned.

Chloe‘s baby girl arrived March 25th early in the morning.  Beautiful little Miniature Highpark Heifer 50% miniature highland, 50% miniature whitepark. Stella is non chondro and horned. Sire is Black Bullet our miniature highland bull.

Ivy born March 31st to Sugar Baby our dun belted Galloway cow, sire is Maximus our dun belted miniature bull.  2am early morning birth and Ivy was up and nursing in no time. Beautiful deep chocolate dun color with two little hind hobby socks. Beautiful girl.

4th generation Miniature Silver Dun Belted Heifer born april 3rd.  Tillie had a perfectly belted baby girl with some hobby socks ❤️ Tillie is a home raised 2016 heifer, Peep is her mumma and Sugar Baby is Peeps mumma. We like to keep it in the family here lol.  Tillie is 38 inches non chondro making her our smallest cow, 1/2 Miniature Belted Galloway and 1/2 Miniature Jersey a1/a2.

Silver Platinum had a beautiful baby girl Lola April 7th. Lola appears to be dun in color , although on the fence she may be a silver as she grows and her hair coat changes. Lola will be a mid sized Miniature maturing around the 44 inch mark as an adult. Sire is an outside miniature highland bull from Rolling 7 in NE. Lola is 100% Highland non chondro.

Sweet Peas little bull calf was born April 15th calving unassisted and quick, thats always been Sweet Peas style!  Beautiful little bull calf and our first King George bull calf of the year. Little Man is chondro positive and homozygous polled.  He was born with Incomplete ossification of both carpus.  We are working closely with our vets to get his legs straightened out and to lay new bone down. He will be steered and sold as a pet.

Little Red had a stunning deep red perfectly belted heifer calf on April 25th.  We named her Rosaleigh and boy is she a beautiful baby girl.  20 inches at birth and weighing approximately 30lbs.

Shilohs baby boy was born May 1st, calved unassisted and was up and nursing within an hour. This handsome boy is 75% highland and 25% whitepark. He is as fluffy as they come and has some spectacular speckling through his coat.  Non Chondro and horned.

Penny’s baby girl was born May 13th and she is as cute as they come. We named her Ember to go with her red fiery fluffy  hair! Baby Ember is chondro positive and we expect her to mature around the 38 inch range as an adult.

Peep never disappoints with her babies and this year was no different. May 17th we welcomed the most perfect miniature chondro silver belted bull calf to the ranch  He has a perfect belt, 3 hobby socks and is a tiny little guy. Spitting imagine if his full 2019 brother.

Sweet Baby Mahomes was born on Mothers Day early in the morning.  He is a peach color now however I expect him to be white as he matures.  He is non chondro, expected maturity height 44 inches. He is a super sweet boy! Lots of video and pictures available on this little guy.

Monroe’s baby girl was born May 23rd and boy was she worth the wait! Beautiful little black and white Highpark  heifer, lots of fluff and great speckling through her coat. She is non chondro, horned status pending and we expect her to reach a maturity height of 44 inches.

This little heifer was up and going in record time and demanding to nurse. Mumma Monroe has her work cut out for her.

Allies baby girl came into the world on May 30th, beautiful heavily speckled, non chondro and most likely polled. Allies baby girl was a backwards calf so I was very thankful I was there to pull her safely.  Baby was up and nursing in no time.

Sammie’s little guy was born on June 7th during on a horribly windy day.  He was our last calf to hit the ground from King George this year, he is chondro positive and polled, stunningly marked with heavy speckling and is most likely a keeper to grow out and use as a herd replacement bull. Pandora gave birth on June 13th to a beautiful Dun Tipped Highpark Heifer, 75% highland and 25% whitepark. This little heifer was absolutely worth the wait!  She has a ton of fluff, beautiful markings and to top of off DUN colored tips!  She is what we have been waiting for all season to hit the ground.  She will be a tough one to sell.  Heifer is horned, chondro negative.

Jewels stunningly marked little dun panda bull calf was born August 1st. His markings were not what we were expecting but we aren’t complaining! Panda bulls are hard to find, let alone a dun panda bull.  Jewels has now thrown us every color in the belted breed : red, black and dun.  This little bull calf has great eye markings, flashy stockings and a perfect belt.

Cocoas little black heifer was born August 30th having just a very short easy labor, 10 minutes from presentation of bag to birth! Cocoa is a pro.  This little heifers sire is Black Bullet, she will be naturally horned and should mature around 40/42 inch range like her Dam Cocoa

Macy did not disappoint, giving birth to our first HighParkDex chondro bull calf of the year! This little guy who I’ve named Jack Black was born July 22nd early in the morning.  Jack has a ton of fluff, beautiful speckling and is chondro positive. He will be horned by default.  His sire is Black Bullet our Miniature Highland Bull, Dam Macy Moo our Mid Sized Red Tipped WhiteDex Cow.

Keevy‘s perfect little heifer came into the world on August the 8th and she was worth the wait!  This little heifer is as fluffy as they come

, nice, short and compact and just precious.  Keevy came bred to us from an outside AI bull ( pictures available ) red brindle.  Keevy is one of our smaller highland cows at 42 inches, babies birth height 24 inches, so have a feeling she will follow in her dams foot steps height wise.

Millies stunning little bull calf came into the world at 1.30am August 31st   His coloring is pretty unique being a mixture of dun, red roaning and some silvering, not sure if this will stay as he matures but boy is he pretty right now. Appears he is polled like his dam as I can’t feel nubs.  Maverick as he has been named is 67.5% highland, 25% whitepark and 7.5% dexter.  Sire is Mighty Murphy our Miniature Highpark Bull.

Addies baby boy was born September 9th very early in the morning on one of the coldest nights Colorado has seen in September History : 34 degrees and snowing.  We named him Biscuit and he is an adorable highpark bull calf with tons of fluff for only being 50% highland. Bullet did a good job and Addie is a wonderful mumma.  Chondro neg, most likely heterozygous polled, test pending.

My sweet June Bug have birth on October 1st to an adorable little Dun Miniature Highland Bull Calf I named Rip.   Black Bullet is his sire and this is one of his best calves this year!  Fantastic hair, chondro positive, stout with strong conformation.  Little Rip does exactly that too, Rips around the pasture 100 mile an hour and is full of confidence and spunk. I guess I would too if I was as cute as he is!

Elsies heifer was born on November 30th in the early afternoon.  Abigail as we have named her was sired by an outside Black Highland Bull 42 inches,  Abigail will be dun like her dam Elsie and also a mid sized Highland as an adult.

Libby’s tiny little black bull calf was born December 11th, weighing 35lbs and 22 inches tall. This little guy was up and nursing within 30 minutes of birth. Mighty Murphy is his sire making this bull calf a crossbred  Pretty sure he is chondro positive and we will be testing to confirm. Libby his dam is a nice small framed cow at 42 inches making this little bull calves non chondro genetics very small. Murphy is 35 inches chondro positive.
