Our Miniature Highland Cows

Penny is a gentle sweet 2014 Miniature Highland Cow, 42 inches tall and dehorned.  Penny is an in your pocket type of cow, loves to be groomed and always thinks she should be the first to get her grain. Penny is due to calve this Spring bred to Captain Silver. 

Bangs is a 2015 Miniature Highland Cow, 42 inches, non chondro who is strikingly beautiful.  She is a true Miniature Highland which is so hard to find without being a chondro carrier.  She has the gentlest, sweetest disposition and just loves people.  Bangs is bred to Black Bullet for a 2021 Miniature Highland calf.  Bangs is due in June 2021. 

Annie is the daughter to Bangs, born March 26th 2019 and we have decided to retain Annie as a future breeder for our herd.  Annie was 39lbs at birth and just shy of 18 inches.  She came out cute as a button with  the personality to match. Can’t wait to watch this little girl grow up! Annie will be breed to Captain Silver in 2021 for a March 2022 calf.

Moon is a 2018 3/4 Miniature Highland x 1/4 Miniature Dexter Heifer, naturally horned, non chondro and registered with the IMCBR.  when I first saw Moons picture, I just knew I had to have her in my herd.  Both her parents are 38 inches and this little heifer is as sweet as they come.  I never get tired looking at this gorgeous girl.  Moon was AI bred to the famous Cesar - Highpark bull owned by Pandarosa Cattle for a Spring 2022  high percentage highland Highpark calf. 

Roselyn is a 3 year old Red Brindle Midsized Highland Cow who brings it all to the table : powerful hip, well rounded and deep bodied with a picturesque head and killer hair. Roselyn is breed to Captain Silver for a late Fall 2022 Highkand Calf. 

Millie is a 2018 3/4 Miniature Highland x 1/4 Miniature Dexter heifer, naturally polled, chondro negative  and registered with the IMCBR.  Millie was added to the herd for her dun color specifically and small statue.  Millie is bred to Captain Silver for a Fall 2022 Miniature Highland calf.

Cocoa is a 2013 1/2 Lowline x 1/2 Miniature Highland, naturally polled, registered with the IMCBR and 40 inches tall. Cocoa is a quite, gentle and easy cow to be around, enjoying her scratches and grain. She is the dam to RCM Liberty Star.  Cocoa is bred to Captain Silver for a Fall 2022 calf. 

Aggie is a 2018 Miniature Highland Heifer, non chondro and naturally horned. Aggie is very small framed and is expected to mature at 38/40 inches as an adult.  Aggie is breed to Captain Silver for a 2022 Fall Miniature Highland calf. 

June Bug is a 2016 Mid Sized Miniature Highland, 44 inches, non chondro and dehorned. June Bug is a sweet, gentle cow with an underbite for added character. I sure enjoy spending time with June Bug. She is always up for lovings and a brush. June Bug is bred to Captain Silver for a Fall 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Platinum aka Letty is a 2017 Miniature Silver Highland Heifer, non chondro and the rarest of the highland colors to find, SILVER!  She is absolutely stunning, short legged, deep bodied and well balanced. Letty was purchased to come into our program for our exclusive “ Miniature Silver Highland Program “.  Letty is bred to Captain Silver for a Spring 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Snicker is a 2015 Mid Sized Miniature Silver Highland Cow, non chondro and naturally horned. Snicker is 45 inches, a beautiful silver color, deep bodied and has awesome hair! She is a quiet, keeps to herself type of cow but always willing to come to life for some grain. Snicker Snack is bred to Captain Silver for a 2022 Spring Miniature Highland calf. 

Elsie is a gorgeous 2017 mid sized Dun Highland Cow. She has a ton of body depth, hair to die for and the sweetest disposition to go along with her stunning looks. Elsie was added to the breeding program specially to make some silver highland babies with Captain Silver. Elsie will be bred to Captain Silver for a Fall 2021 calf. 

Wynter is a 2018 Mid Sized Silver Highland Heifer.  She was added to our breeding program specifically to be bred to our Miniature Highland Bull Silver for some miniature silver highland babies.  Wynter has the kindness, sweetest disposition also and just loves to be groomed.  She is an absolutely beautiful highland cow, very deep bodied and well balanced, short backed and faced, a true example of what the traditional highlands use to look like. Wynter is bred to Captain Silver for a 2022 Spring Miniature Highland calf. 

Keevy is a 2017 Dun Miniature Highland Cow, 42 inches and built to perfection. She is nice and short legged cow, deep bodied and has amazing hair. Keevy is bred to Captain Silver for a 2022 Spring Miniature Highland calf. 

Ember is a 2016 Mid Sized Highland Cow 45 inches and as sweet as they come. Ember came to our ranch and decided we were aok, she got off the trailer and said “best friends forever“. Ember is a total sweetheart who loves being groomed and her grain! She is a keeper here on the ranch. Ember is bred to Captain Silver for an Early 2022 Fall Miniature Highland calf.

Baby is a 2018 Rare Silver Highland Cow.  Baby was added to our breeding program to start creating some silver babies. Baby is 43 inches currently and will most likely mature around the 45 inch mark as an adult. She has an amazing hair coat, deep thick body, non chondro and as tame as they come. Baby is more like a dog than a cow!  Baby is breed to Captain Silver for a 2022 Spring Miniature Highland calf. 

Buttercup is a midsized 2017 Dun Highland cow at 45/46 inches and also a half sister to Silver Belle. Buttercup is a big deep bodied girl having the traditional old highland look. Fabulous bangs and hair and just a sweet girl to have around. Buttercup is bred to Captain Silver for a Spring 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Mosley is an October 2019 Silver Miniature Highland Heifer. She is absolutely adorable in every way possible!  Mosley has amazing hair, a sassy sweet personality and is very small in frame. Mosley is in our heifer program and won’t be breed till 2022 to Captain Silver. 

Belle is a December 2018 Silver Highland heifer, smaller framed at 42 inches currently. Belle is a gentle sweet heifer, has fantastic hair and spends most of her time with her half sister Buttercup on the ranch.  Belle is bred to Captain Silver for a late Fall 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Lilly is a stunning 2019 small framed Silver Highland heifer we purchased for our Silver Program along with 4 of her half sisters.  Lilly is sweet as a button and stunning to look at too!  Lilly is currently in with our heifers growing up. Lilly will be bred in 2021 to Captain Silver for a March 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Poppy is a 2019 small framed Silver Highland heifer purchased for our Silver Program. Poppy is beautiful and always makes me smile just looking at this girl.  She has awesome hair and body depth. Looking forward to watching her grow up in our heifer herd.  Poppy is bred to Captain Silver for a March 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Daisy is a 2019 small framed Silver Highland heifer, purchased to add to our Silver Program also. She is a half sister to Lilly and Poppy. Daisy rules the roost for the most part and is growing up in our heifer herd.  She is due to calve in March 2022 bred to Diesel Strike. 

Sassafras is a beautiful 2018 Miniature Highland heifer at 42 inches as a coming three year old   Sassafrass is exactly as her names suggest!  Full of sass will literally follow you from one end of the ranch to the other for no good reason.  We love Sass on the ranch and she is bred to Captain Silver for a Summer 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Lola is an April 2020 Silver Highland Heifer purchased to be apart of our Miniature Silver Highland Program.  Lola is just the sweetest little heifer, has incredible hair that’s almost ivory in color and she is dog tame and gentle.  Lola is a favorite for sure.  Looking forward to watching her grow up with our other 2020 replacement heifers. 

Dolly is an absolutely stunning 2016 Mid Sized White Highland Cow. Dolly has incredible body depth, nice short stocky frame, phenomenal hair and personality to go with it.  We love having Dolly on the ranch and can’t wait to see what she produces bred to Captain Silver for a Fall 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

Gunnar is a 2016 Mid Sized Highland Cow at 44 inches, naturally horned.  Gunnar has nice body depth and phenomenal hair.  Gunnar is bred to Captain Silver for a late Fall 2022 Miniature Highland calf. 

BB is a May 2020 Silver Highland heifer, full sister to Silver Belle.  BB was purchased to add to our Miniature Silver Highland Program and eventually be exposed to Captain Silver.  Until than though we will continue to admire her incredible body depth for a coming yearling, sensational hair and watch her little personality develop.

Glimmer is an absolutely gorgeous Mid Sized Silver Highland 4 year old Cow purchased to become apart of our "Silver Highland" program.  Shimmer brings it all to the table : great hair, body depth, blocky head and straight backed.  Glimmer will be bred to captain Silver for a 2022 calf.
